Experience Versus Outcome

23.11.20

I’ve made it well known to my friends and family that I absolutely loathe going to a particular place to get supplies for work.

I find the premises dirty, the car parking awful, the blind spots as you enter the sliding glass doors (meaning you can’t see if you’re about to walk into someone exiting) inconvenient and frustrating. The aisles are too narrow for my liking, particularly with social distancing, and quite frankly the customer “service” when you go to collect your printing or go to pay is abysmal.

I go there for a specific outcome only. To get what office supplies I immediately need and everytime I go, I loathe the experience.

When you’re either talking to us or working together, you might think that we’re just talking about your agreement paperwork, but we’re actually not.

You can go to any old lawyer to get your agreement paperwork prepared and sorted for you. But, there is a significant distinction between them and us.

What we talk about and what we do isn’t just the quality paperwork. We’re about providing you with the means of a simple, easy and less stressful experience to get you from A to B. We’re talking about the relationship you and your partner have, will continue to have, or may choose to have beyond the experience of finalising your separation.

We’re passionate about helping you to achieve the goals that you share with us, and your vision for you and your family’s future.

You’re probably thinking, “Well, how much extra does this ‘experience’ extra cost me?” Nothing. It’s part and parcel of what we do and what you and your family deserve. What we do is so personal to us because we know it is so personal to you.

If any of this resonates with you (even the terrible shopping experience!), we’d love to connect with you. Reach out to us to chat more about what information or guidance you find you need.
